RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate Oracle tables of detailed experience for mortality and persistency analysis.
- Create Excel spreadsheets summarizing the mortality and persistency experience in a variety of ways as specified.
- Generate experience reports using Insight Enterprise due diligence data warehouse and compare with reports generated using existing experience analysis processes as directed.
- Assist in other research activities as directed.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, & ability to work with time deadlines are critical to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience or coursework using Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience or coursework using database software.
- Experience or coursework in introductory statistics.
- Passed one or more examinations of the Society of Actuaries.
- Experience or coursework using SQL.
-Experience or coursework in life contingencies.
- Demonstrated interest in the actuarial profession.
